Better Diabetes Care is a patient-centric web-based counselling system for pharmacists to help people living with diabetes or prediabetes ‘solve’ one self-management challenge at a time.

Developed by Diabetes Care Community Inc., Better Diabetes Care is simple to use, quick to learn and time-efficient – a diabetes patient action plan can be created in less than 15 minutes.

On February 23rd the founders of Better Diabetes Care will be hosting a virtual meeting and demonstration of Better Diabetes Care.

• To accommodate as many pharmacists as possible, they will be hosting two, 30 minute meetings at 1:00 p.m. EST and 8:00 p.m. EST.
