This is a delicious all-in-one meal. If I want to add a starch, I will steam up some spelt couscous. Arctic char is so delicious, it tastes like a mild salmon. If cooking a whole fish is not your thing, replace the whole fish with 4 6oz thick fish fillets such as salmon, halibut or cod.
