2 slices whole grain or rye toast
2 eggs, poached or sunnyside up (cooked to your liking)
¼ small avocado, mashed
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Toast bread.
- Prepare eggs to your liking.
- Spread mashed avocado on toast. Add eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
